Dennis Lee Stordahl

Dennis Lee Stordahl passed away April 10, 2006, at his home on Dry Creek.

Dennis moved from Fairview, Mont., to Anchorage in 1962 and worked in construction. In 1974, he moved his family to a homestead at Mile 1378 Alaska Highway. This land, where he called home, gave life to his dreams of self-employment, professional dog racing, and all Alaska has to offer.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Stordahl; granddaughter, Elizabeth Jo Stordahl; his brother; and many close friends he called family.

A remembrance of Dennis' life will be held at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 15, at the Delta Junction Community Center.
