Saturday weather was cold (-14F to +10F with light snow) on groomed trail.
Sunday weather was scattered snow showers on 1½" fresh snow

*4-mile Challenge was a 4-mile course with skill stations along the trail.
Stations included an "on-by squirrel distraction", "10 second team stop and hold", and "hook down and kiss your leaders".

*7-mile Challenge was a 7-mile course with skill stations along the trail.
Stations included an "on-by squirrel distraction", "10 second team stop and hold", "wrong turn", "gee/haw around the turnaround", "switch dogs or bootie dogs", and "hook down and kiss your leaders".
