Conditions:
Weather conditions: 75/25 predominantly overcast, very "slight" (0-5mph)
wind from the North, temperature –(minus)18 F.
Trail conditions: Half-inch of "new" snow earlier in the week on a hard-packed surface rendered the trail; "good as it gets" OR "outright perfect".
Sledding conditions: Fast trail, couldn’t have been any better. Temperature excellent for the dogs.
