I had the exact same thing happen to my dogs but in Oct. They would not eat, but were happy to see their food bowls. They had diarrhea, but would run and jump around like normal. Vet diagnosed it as gastroenteritis. I think it was some sort of virus. We still don't know for sure what it was but it went through the whole kennel and took each dog about two weeks to get through it before they were completely back to normal.
