Chicken is very high in fat. You don't need to feed much of it. Especially if the temperatures are around 30 F. By feeding too much fat dogs become anemic. Have blood work done at least on one of your dogs and go from there. If they are anemic you need to change your diet. There is a free diet program avilable for downloading from Jacques Philip's web site: www.noatak.com It helps you figure out how much of what to feed (based on the calories your dogs need).
