Have you tried a homeopathic vet this is worth a try to see if you can get him off steroids. I'm a bit of a vaccination sceptic, i have the first vaccinations then do it homeopathically after that. I've had lots of problems with vaccines 3 of my dogs had fits all different breeds, 2 of the 3 pups i bred had their faces swell up within 20 minutes of the jabs so they had to have steroid injections to take down the swelling, this apparently cancels out the vaccine, i've never had them boostered since. Obviously this is something that you do at your own risk but touch wood i've had no problems since i stopped having the boosters.
