A vet told me that some dogs can have bad reactions to the lepto part of a vaccine, and recomended I not give it (it's not this far up anyway.) I have no idea what the symptoms can be when a dog reacts negatively to the lepto shot, but you may want to try looking it up on the web if you are able to. Have you considered it could have just been a coincedence with him getting sick after having the vaccine?
