If you have dewormed and the problem persists then it could be an intestinal problem. Last year my dogs acquired a virus either from bad fat or from something growing in their food dishes. The problem with intestinal upsets is that they can be difficult to get rid of. This year I am making a better effort at disinfecting their dishes on a regular basis. One last thought would be the amount of fat in their diet when the temps go up.
