"Bikejouring" is an option, but in my opinion bikes have two drawbacks: no suspension and no useful brakes. Another drawback is not enough weight to hold the team when stopped. Try a used motorcycle with no motor or transmission. These come in every size from tiny to huge depending on your team size needs. They have great brakes, full suspension, tough tires and can be heavy enough to hold the team. IF you can balance. Most have a pair of boltholes where the fron fender is supposed to bolt on right on the inside fo the front forks. Use these to attace a "U" shaped steel rod that clears the tire and bends town until the "U" part is dog heighth. Then attach a separate pair of rods forward from each nut/bolt that holds the wheel to the fork to join the "U" and attach your gangline there. Whee! I have one rig built from a used Yamaha, (3 wheel) and one smaller Yamaha that is a normal cycle.
