I think Johns point is just what do you do if it does happen. I will say that I have raced and trained around John for about 10 years and have never seen his dogs anything but manerly. I suppose we all need to decide just what we would do if a simple "Hey" didn't work. It's not something I like to think about happening and truthfully I don't really know what I'd do if I had a rip roaring fight. I've never experienced it. One thing I do know is that you don't stick your hand in the middle of it. I heard of one person that would grab tails to seperate a fight. I still agree that prevention is the best.
