Paul, you probably did your best with the knowledge you have. These situations are freaky and only the sound of the fight push our adrenalin up and we don't know what to do but separate the fighters. Situations like this happen more frequently than some people would like to admit; we have to learn which type of situations will be more incline for fight and Mike gives good clues in his message "Let's turn this around". Me neither I'm not in the "no mistake select club" so don't be too hard on your self but learn from your mistakes. Don't forget that dogs never do mistake, they react the way they have been taught or by instinct(which sometime is "fight"), and that we have to learn a lot about ourself to do mushing and one of these things is "control". Don't give up and always try to do your best for you and for the dogs.
