Having a hunter in the family, I end up with a lot of deer meat. The dogs love it, and I am constantly cooking a batch. However, yesterday I brought home a fresh hide. The dogs went absolutely nuts! I let each dog check it out, and I was astonished by their reactions. Most of them were so excited by this deer hide that they were trembling. I didn't give them any of it, not knowing what it would do to their stomachs. Has anyone ever fed hides? Is it safe in small pieces? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Sandi
