Hi! I have a Honda Foreman 4x4 and the only problem I've seen is the tires are wearing down but under the conditions mine is run on any other would do the same. As far as the dogs figuring things out according to engine noises I definitely agree! My dogs will lie down and wait fairly patiently until the motor starts but they are not so patient with the sled! They know if they try hard they can bust the snow hook loose or maybe break the quick release line so they're a lot more anxious, crazy, excited ,etc on the sled!~Mary Lou
