Re the training perspective - you'll have to modify your approach a bit. Amazing how fast dogs learn that the change of the motor sound usually means that they don't have to pull so hard (because that noise makes my work easier!) You can also run into difficulties with training too fast too soon if you rely always on motor assist. It's tricky getting a good balance. For human comfort, they can't be beaten!
