We had a Polaris Trail Boss 250 2X4 & I liked it a lot, but it got old and so we thought we would upgrade and get a 4X4 and a little larger. We got a Polaris Explorer 300, but really don't like it at all. It cuts in and out when the dogs are pulling so it's hard to maintain a consistant speed. Also the electric start on the Polaris is worthless if it's under 50 degrees. I bought it because I like the automatic transmission, but will probably get something else the next time I buy one. Maybe I'll go back to using the 250. It's nice because it's light enough that the dogs can pull it and maintain a good speed when it's in neutral and there are two people on it.
