As discussed in the Venison section: take a nice plateful of this beef, and let it get foul for three or four days. Then see how they like it. Gradually reduce the putridity level until they will eat fresh meat. My entire team turns up their noses at fish! I would use the rot-method if I suddenly came into fish.
