I kind of like those barkers or yippers. I don't think I've ever had a pup that would yip the first quarter of a mile that didn't turn into a really nice dog. Ususally they are attitude dogs. Some of my pups this year are yippers and I love it. My last yipper went on to be in the best 6-dog team I ever hope to run and was always in there ready to go. She'd yip until we got up to speed then quiet down.
