I posted the first message on this subject a couple days ago. I just want to say that I now have very mixed feelings about this issue. First I think it is awesome that people would volunteer to take on a few extra dogs to get them through the winter. Since I can't, I would of thrown money at the problem which is nice but not the same. So big pats on the back to you guys!! The part that is troubling to me is if this goes on every winter it is hard to have much sympathy for breeders having more dogs than they KNOW they can feed ( sort of like people having more children than they can afford to take care of) and who loses... the animals! Thanks for all the info
