Yup! I've had a few sidewinders since I've long used greyhound mixes...Saluki,,whatever. The long legs and exaggerated rear angularity sort of helps it develop. Right now I have a barker. She barks from startoff until she is pleased with the speed, and then resumes when things slow. I assume she will slack off when the season progresses, but who knows. I've only had one other barker in 25 years, and he is still arguably the best dog I've ever owned. I'm trying to project this on my young yapper. To struggle back to the point, though, sidewinding is partially mental, and partially physical. in many cases the message is the same: Let's go Faster! These will please.
