There is a certain spread between temp and humidity that makes it safe for running dogs. Every dog driver that I know adheres to the safety of running dogs in the late summer months. "A simple goodbye" was not an invitation for judgement because bad things happen sometimes no matter what one does or doesn't do. Every driver who has any amount of experience knows that.
