thanks. we are doing jsut that. We have several that would be good possibilities. We are using Homer to lead as well. He is not going to Nome with me though. I can't risk him having a seizure on the trail and dying on me out there. He is ok around here though. anyway.. we have had two awesome runs since we got a leader.. oh yeah.. all of you older more experienced guys all know what i am talking about here. And i lost my team already too. (hhee we were almost home.. line broke.) I am working the veterans and introducing the younger ones in slowly. I have a couple of gals that all want to be the alpha and it is very frustrating to me right now. oh well.. part of the game and i am learning so much from it. I have spent a lot of time talking with BUtch Bolgna and he has been awesome for me. He is sucha nice guy and has lots of good advice. much like yours.
