Yes, Committee-itis! Isn't it typical that when any rules-making body is formed, they first make all the sensible rules. Then they go on to make the dumb rules, and then in their second year and thereafter, they make the stupidest *** ****** rules anyone could imagine. Maybe they could alternate: make rules one year, and repeal rules the next. One reason I wasn't suited for distance: The Beargrease rulebook began to weigh more than my sled.
