Well thanks everyone. I feel better knowing that I have done nothing to harm my dogs. I decided to drop the pregnant female early because of her condition. And the male, well he just didnt seem into it, so I thought better to drop him. Speaking of dropping, I also dropped the dog handler. Right then and there. My eventual goal is to do distance mushing. I have no troubles with doing early morning or evening runs. Even night time runs. With my schedual, I almost always run nights. And the time of day that I ran the other day, it was evening, total cloud cover, no sun at all. I did as someone suggested and stopped time to time to let them have a breather and pet them and praise them. Well thanks again for all the help and support everyone.
