this sounds like great fun. we had planned many many camping trips so that I can learn to really take care of my dogs alone on the trail. I would love this as I could really learn some important things from some of you. I am going to run the Knik 200 this year for sure. am not sure what other races I will get in this year. I want to run the Yukon Quest 250. we shall see. My son will be running the team in the Jr. Iditarod. This would be a great thing for him to be a part of as well. I hopefully will have enough dogs for both of us to make that trip with you. How many dogs would we need to plan on? He is running 10 in the Jr. of course. I have 4 dogs we are training now as leaders. Let me know.. deb
