I was wondering if you can feed american marten to sleddogs? How much fat and protein does it contain? Do the dogs like it?

Marten's don't have a stink gland.

I think they have an anal gland.
Would it taint the meat unless removed?
Or would dogs care?

I am just considering this as an option because there are lots available where I live. And I live remote so it is hard for me to get the beef.

The amount of meat and fat on a marten depends on the particular animal. It ranges from not much to not much. They would have to be cooked. Unless you've got em by the truck load and could grind them up whole, I wouldn't bother. It's a lot easier to just buy 'not for human consumption' beef, horse, or chicken.

Cooked?
I would be worried about parasites unless thoroughly cooked.
