ive used ivomectin on my malamutes for the last 7 years in conjunction with other meds and they have NO problems i asked several vets and they will tell you not to use it. i do know it will kill collies so the choice is yours i do know that you can alsmost kill and treat a dog that has heart worm and i got that from watching my neighbor who raises blue tick coon hounds cure one. dosage that i use is about the size of a pencil eraser good luck
