I just made some of my own booties, but I haven't had a chance to try them out yet. I used polar flese because I found some really inexpensive stuff. I couldn't fine any stretch velcro in my local fabric stores, so a sewed some elastic on the inside of the bootie along with the velcro. For a patteren, I just used a bootie I had perchused, and added a 1/4 seam to it. I loose a lot of booties, so I just bought cheap stuff, but I run 2 dog sprint, so the booties don't have to hold up for a long time.
