I would suggest moving to the northern area of Canada or Alaska, but this year for almost 2 weeks, we had record high temperatures across much of the northern part of western Canada with temerature anywhere from 45 - 70 dgrees F the last 2 weeks of December. If this weather keeps up we in the north will be asking the same question you are. Hope you can vary your training enough to bring them around. Sometimes loading them and taking them to a new trail will pick up their attitude and interest.
